- Put the addon .pbo included with this archive into any of your modfolders and load it as usual.
- For use on online servers with active signature file checking the .bisign file needs to be in the same location as the .pbo,
- Also the mrb.bikey must be allowed by the server owner (Note: the key file is not required by clients).

This addon is distributed for free and requires ArmA 2 and Operation Arrowhead to run, all original models, textures etc. used in this map are from ArmA2 and Operation Arrowhead made by Bohemia Interactive Studios.


Aliabad is a coastal region somewhere in Takistan (or another similar country), it consists of some farmlands, settlements, rolling hills and some canyons. There are two main farmlands aswell as a few scattered farms and compounds all over the map, all in all it is much more populated than my previous map, Hazar-Kot. It is still a rather worn-down area though, with many ruins (some old, some new) here and there. (Initially I had planned to cover pretty much the whole map with farmlands, but it proved to be too much work since there weren´t any farms on the satmap to begin with, I´ve added those myself, I realized it would take too much time, and I´d lose interest in it)


(requires Combined Operations)

- Put the @MCN_Aliabad-folder in your ArmA2 directory
- Load the mod in the "expansions"-menu in the ArmA2 main menu
- Restart your game.

(you can of course install it by just putting the .pbo in the addons folder aswell, but mod-folders are recommended)

(the McN.bikey-file provided is for servers, so no need to bother with this unless your´e hosting a server etc.)



- Satmap might not fit the terrain perfectly in all places
- might be some objects sticking into each other at a few places
- some walls might be a bit badly aligned
- Might be some script errors in the intro-movie

the mega bwmod fix from the moerderhoschi and the burns and the terp and the xeno

This will make BWMod v1.7 work with latest ArmA2 OA patches.

Everything in this is a hybrid of non working v1.7 config & a working but unreleased v1.8 config, + some other things.
Basically saying, it´s all Terp´s and he did it before. We only nagged him enough to let us make & release the fix - so we could finally play Flecktarn again!

Installation: (presuming you have official BWMod 1.7 installed)
1) delete bwmod.pbo
2) add bwmod_fix.pbo & bwmod_scripts.pbo from this archive, overwrite if asked
3) for use with ACE mod, copy the files from this "optional ace config" folder into your aceaddons or bwmodaddons folder

-all errors from BWMod 1.7 in ArmA2 >1.54 environment gone
-now requires ArmA2 & Operation Arrowhead (CO) instead of only ArmA2
-Woodland units use black G36´s which are adapted to have OAs dual scope
-Desert units use OAs G36_Camo
-freaky Pzf3 animation fixed (replaced with 1.8 closed beta animation)
-Fuchs wreck wrong texture path (replaced with 1.8 closed beta model)
-updated ACE compatibility config addon

Known issues:
-weird issue with track marks, not fixable for us, needs p3d edits

This release comes with a set of optional, but highly recommended v2 signatures.

AMT Mod - Dingo, Wolf, Gepard

Das Paket umfasst derzeit den Dingo 2A2 mit einem 40mm Granatwerfer sowie einem MG 3, den G 250 Wolf und den Gepard 1A2. Alle Fahrzeuge bis auf den Gepard 1A2 sind in jeweils 4, Woodland, Desert isaf, Desert und Winter ,Tarnanstrich verfügbar. Der Gepard 1A2 ist in 3 Tarnanstrichen verfügbar, auf den Tarnanstrich „desert_isaf“ wurde verzichtet.

TacSat Missions Paket

Auch wenn der TacSat #10 noch etwas warten muss, wollten wir doch in der Zwischenzeit zumindest die bisher dafür entstandenen Missionen mit der Allgemeinheit teilen. Nachdem Xeno das Framework gelegt hatte, fanden sich schnell Freiwillige die eigene Missionen zum Spielabend mitbrachten, darunter z.B. Psychobastard & unser Hausmissionsmann Moerderhoschi.

Das Gros im aktuell 22 Missionen umfassenden Fundus sind Coop's unterschiedlichster Gangart und Schwierigkeit, manche liessen uns tatsächlich die Haare zu Berge stehen, aber wir möchten nicht vorgreifen.

Einige TvT Stücke sind ebenfalls dabei, welche im größeren Rahmen gespielt einen schönen Stimmungsausgleich schaffen und sogar Coop-only Spieler begeistern können. Meist treffen asymetrische Kräfte aufeinander, aber auch hier möchten wir nicht zuviel verraten.

Jede der Missionen lebt vom Zusammenspiel aus ACRE und Teamplay, so kann es unter anderem sehr gut vorkommen, daß ein Geiselbefreiungsteam bereits um zwei Mauern herum vom Feind gehört wird, nur weil zuviel oder zu laut geplappert wurde - so schnell kann sich ein Plan manchmal in Luft auflösen.

-There are approximately a maximum of 50-60 enemy AI in the city at any time, I have created a dialogue control that kicks in at the start of the mission to allow you to set the number of enemies. The attack squad numbers are not included in that dialogue, there's around 10 infantry attack units that will attack from each objective as it is called. if requested I'll add an option to edit their number as well. If you have a weak PC you can lower the unit numbers but the dialogue will not allow less than 10 Takistani soldiers at the objective areas.

Intel on the ground suggests that the enemy has a major lack of anti-air defense systems. However, recent information from a high level informant has revealed that the Zargabad garrison has just received additional weapon and munitions shipments. The informant will be sending us specific locations as to where these weapons are being stored. Given this state of events; Lt. Colonel Briggs has ordered the 115th to establish a foothold in Zargabad as quickly as possible.[/quote]

There's no Intro or outro at this point and I am uncertain if I will make this mission longer or not, guess it will depend on demand and time. For now its a small but fun mission.
There is some voice acting in the mission but not as much as The Cause / The Cause 2 missions.
